Production Manager

HFI is hiring a Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations at our Romita, MX facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for operational efficiency, quality, and team development—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a growing global company.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and delivery targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.Oversee a large-scale production workforce (500+ operators), including training, coaching, and performance development.Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to achieve operational goals.Develop and execute cost-control strategies to improve operational efficiency.Ensure all production activities comply with internal quality standards and external regulations, particularly IATF 16949.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations.Proven experience with IATF 16949 and its application in production environments.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies.Effective leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with ERP systems and production control tools.If you're ready to lead with purpose and drive performance through teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement, apply today and become part of the HFI family.
