Production Manager

Objective: We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Production Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is directly involved with product and process. This role requires a team player, high drive, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll lead and optimize all operations activities to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and by coaching front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and take action to drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput. Actively participate on the floor—supporting teams, removing obstacles, and promoting a “lead by example” mindset. Analyze and improve production methods and processes to enhance quality and productivity. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics and results. Work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and implement corrective actions. Drive the validation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes. Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource plans; identify cost-saving opportunities. Recommend and implement improvements in layout, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Bilingual: English and Spanish required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Comfortable in a hands-on environment.
