Senior Financial Director

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Director to oversee the management of our financial transactions. This critical role ensures the transparency and integrity of our financial operations, ensuring that fixed assets are properly managed and accounted for. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations Develop and manage annual budgets based on production forecasts Analyze and resolve bad debt issues Conduct physical inventory of fixed assets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting Lead financial analysis and provide insights on revenue generation, cost control, and expense management Evaluate project feasibility and profitability Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement Provide weekly financial assessments and monthly balance sheet reconciliations Approve purchasing requisitions Present financial results to senior management Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Emergency response and conflict management skills Required Experience: 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position
