Financial Asset Manager The primary objective of this role is to ensure the transparency and accuracy of financial transactions, focusing on the proper management of fixed assets. This involves supervising the development of the annual budget, guaranteeing its compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while continuously striving to preserve the company's resources. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Preparing the annual budget based on production targets, with a focus on continuous improvement. Conducting bad debt analysis. Coordinating and reviewing physical inventory of fixed assets. Reviewing and validating financial figures to ensure they align with revenue generation, cost control, and expense management goals. Assessing the feasibility of projects based on profitability. Performing internal audits. Providing weekly financial assessments. Reviewing and reconciling monthly balance sheets. Approving purchasing requisitions. Presenting monthly results to senior management. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Strong organizational skills.
