Financial Operations Specialist The primary goal of this role is to ensure complete transparency in financial transactions, guaranteeing the effective management of fixed assets. This involves supervising the development of annual budgets, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements while maintaining optimal resource utilization. Broad responsibilities include: Adhering to tax laws and regulations. Preparation of an annual budget based on production costs, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Analysis of bad debt. Carry out physical inventory checks for fixed assets and coordinate, review and approve results. Achieve financial objectives by monitoring revenue generation, cost control and expense management. Evaluate projects' feasibility based on profitability. Internal audits. Regular financial assessments. Review and validate monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Approve purchasing requisitions. Present monthly results to senior management. Required skills and qualifications: Effective communication. Meticulous attention to detail. Organizational skills. Collaboration and teamwork.
