File Opener**As a File Opener, you’ll play a vital role in our Pre-Litigation Team by:- Communicating with insurance companies to file new claims.- Drafting and organizing case files.- Ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.- Supporting case managers during the initial stages of claims.**2. Demand Writer**The Demand Writer ensures accurate and timely case development by:- Drafting and sending complete demand packages, including medical bills, reports, and other supporting documentation.- Verifying totals and ensuring all relevant exhibits are included.- Reviewing case details and redacting sensitive information as needed.**3.
