Would you like to be part of a transnational automotive company that works to mobilize, inspire and energize emotions? We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to work on our manufacturing plant. Main Activities: Application of the Internal Working Rules (RIT) and Federal Labor Law (LFT) in the investigations carried out. Measurement, follow up, countermeasures of Labor Relations related KPI's (Absenteism, Turnover, etc...) Maintain an optimal work environment for the assigned areas. Perform visits to productive areas and work team's walk-throughs. Monitor and resolve issues related to the local union committee. Resolve conflicts between employees. Maintain a healthy and positive relationship between the Union and the Company. Propose actions to improve the work environment between the company and the union. Contribute to the operation of Labor Relations, alimonies, and severance pay, on both shifts. Review and implement the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Follow-up Team's Business Plan. Negotiate between the union and the company. Report on labor and legal issues to executives. Follow up with the legal team and attorneys regarding the company's labor processes. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Relations (Or equivalent). - 5 years of experience working on labor relations within the automotive industry. - Conversational/advanced English level. Skills/Abilities: - Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word, etc...) - Information presentation. - Conflict resolution. - Strong Negotiation skills. - Team work. - Analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills (internal/external). - Proactivity and teamwork. - Well organized, self-motivated, and team building. - Management of complex situation, skill to prioritize. - Ability to think and act strategically. - Strong problem-solving mindset.
