**In this role, you will**:- Maintain and update CMDB Discovery including credential management, schedules, and mid-server infrastructure- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and requests against SNow apps/services including engagement with SNow HI support where necessary- Provide on-call rotational support- Perform routine maintenance including performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation- Review, test, and migrate configuration for production release- Manage instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists- Support platform integrations, patches, and upgrades- Provide configuration assistance to developers- Provide support to external vendors with integration in all environments- Maintain non-production instances including the scheduling and verification of instance clones- Contribute to program knowledge base- Support platform integrations including credential and token management**Qualifications**:- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areas- Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery- Experience with vendor partnerships and building relationships- Certification as ServiceNow Administrator- ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus
