Ready to shape the future of mobility with us.YOUR ROLE As Operations Manager on our team, you will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement. In your daily job you will: Meet safety metrics (zero accidents, sick days, major incidents).Meet quality objectives.Meet monthly volume and thus achieve sales results.Maintain a harmonious work environment and teamwork.Develop middle management skills (leadership, problem-solving, projects).Control indirect material expenses.Control overtime expenses at the plant level.Scrap within the 3% target vs. sales.Overall OEE of 80% to 85%.On-time maintenance.Zero major nonconformities during audits.Customer complaints under control, according to assigned monthly metrics.YOUR BACKGROUND Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are: Completed degree (Industrial Engineering or similar)Advanced English skills.Work experience in operations (minimum 5 years)Experience in molding and plastic injection molding (preferably)Proficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of the operations BOPWHY JOIN US?
