The Sr. HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring effective talent management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and a strong company culture.About the RoleMain Responsibilities Lead and oversee core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed. Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning. Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Support change management initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Advanced English 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
