Electrical Specialist Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Electrical Specialist to provide technical support at our client's facility in Saltillo, Mexico. As a technical guide for installation personnel, you will ensure proper interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates with international and local teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site electrical guidance to installation teams ensuring high-quality installations. Interpret and validate electrical diagrams provided by the client, verifying accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation, applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Create and maintain open-point lists, tracking resolution progress and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. Communicate effectively in English with the client and site manager regarding required diagram updates, facilitating smooth collaboration. Ensure alignment between field conditions and documentation, guaranteeing consistency and accuracy throughout the project. Support the implementation of corrective actions and technical adjustments, driving continuous improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in electrical systems and industrial installations, with a strong understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate software applications relevant to the role. Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international coordination and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Availability to work on-site in Saltillo, Mexico on a temporary basis, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
