Workplace Integration Specialist ">The role of Workplace Integration Specialist involves managing the integration and readiness of production workstations ahead of a new model launch. This entails ensuring that all workstation equipment meets ergonomic safety standards, material flow is efficient, and technical specifications are met from initial CAD layout planning to final installation. ">This position requires project management skills, including leading full-cycle projects from initial proposals through final approvals and physical installations on the plant floor. Additionally, it involves designing safe and efficient material display setups for each workstation while adhering to safety and ergonomic guidelines. ">Cross-functional collaboration is also essential in this role, as the successful candidate will need to coordinate closely with industrial engineering, containerization, packaging, and ergonomics teams to align workstation integration and material handling. ">The ideal candidate should have experience in internal logistics engineering or a related field, particularly involving workstation integration and new model launches. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Access. ">A proven track record in workspace/warehouse layout design, ergonomic assessments, automation technologies, PFEP usage, and material display setups is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to dynamic environments with tight timelines and demonstrate strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills. ">Required Skills: ">">Project Management: Full-cycle project management experience, including initial proposals, final approvals, and physical installations. ">Ergonomic Safety: Expertise in ergonomic safety standards and the ability to ensure compliance in workstation design. ">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with industrial engineering, containerization, packaging, and ergonomics teams. ">Material Display & Flow: Experience in designing safe and efficient material display setups for workstations. ">Documentation: Strong documentation skills, including creating and maintaining Material Display Documents (MDDs). ">Offline Sequencing/Kitting: Ability to design and implement offline kitting or sequencing cells when main-line space is constrained. ">PFEP Maintenance: Expertise in Plan For Every Part (PFEP) maintenance, including ensuring data accuracy and currency. ">Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including serving as a single point of contact for digital layout meetings. ">Issue Tracking: Ability to maintain comprehensive Action Registers to track and resolve integration issues. ">Creative Integration Solutions: Proven ability to innovate in system design by introducing changes in packaging, equipment, or facility design. ">Preferred Qualifications: ">">Experience in internal logistics engineering or a closely related field. ">Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Access. ">Proven knowledge in workspace/warehouse layout design, ergonomic assessments, automation technologies, PFEP usage, and material display setups. ">Strong communication skills, including English language proficiency. ">Spanish language proficiency is an advantage due to the Saltillo location.
