Job Summary We are seeking an Automotive Seat Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and installing the production process for automotive seats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive seat manufacturing. About the Role Design, manufacture, and install the complete seat production process. Coordinate with equipment manufacturers on automation design and system layout. Incorporate quality requirements into the production process. Work with Industrial Engineering to maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with Logistics to optimize material flow. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive seat manufacturing. Experience with a Tier 1 automotive seat supplier is desirable. Knowledge of automation and tooling. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Experience in quality management and process optimization.
