Acquisition Professional About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Professional to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting teams. Responsibilities: Select and hire all personnel for Saltillo, Mexico. Prioritize requisitions to ensure timely filling of positions with high-quality candidates. Incorporate comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction techniques to identify a diverse pool of candidates. Manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. Sourcing candidates across multiple skill sets and variety of positions. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing opportunities and benefits; making presentations. Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Public Accounting or Industrial Engineering. Bilingual. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority. Expert level skill in interviewing techniques with ability to apply various recruiting practices, tools, and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills within Microsoft Office. Ability to focus on customer experience while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, and drive for results Minimum 5 years' experience as a corporate recruiter in a full desk recruitment position Capacity to work under pressure
