We are hiring a**What You Will Be Doing**This person will have experience manipulating interior design or studio photography and translating artistic direction into final deliverables. In this role, you will be expected to communicate and maintain the brand aesthetic, technical standards, workflow, and adhere to deadlines.At Steelcase, we know that work matters and can provide people with a deep sense of purpose. We will continue to maintain this practice as part of our larger hybrid work strategy.While flexibility varies by role and team, we support choice and control for our employees so they can choose the best place to do their best work.**Who You Are**:- Required Skills and Competencies_- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field preferred.- Advanced English is a must.- 3+ years of professional retouching experience is a must.- High level of technical skill and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a must.- Preferred Skills and Competencies_- Photography experience preferred- Working knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects preferred- Ability to work well in collaborative team environment.- Strong organization and file management skills- Edit images by retouching, compositing, cropping, masking, color correcting, lighting, and general photo manipulation for both print and online delivery of product and brand photography.- Ability to provide appealing and effective solutions based on project requirements and art direction- Ability to execute and champion brand identity standards- Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines- Collaborate on all aspects of the image retouching process- Strong organization and file management skills- Highly adaptable with the ability to navigate change- Ability to interact with all levels of people from contractors to executives- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude as a key member of a creative team.**Why People Choose to Work With Us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
