Sales Manager—Saltillo Blinds To Go, with over 70 years of experience in manufacturing and selling window blinds, is known for its high-quality products and customer-focused approach. As part of its growth strategy, the company is opening a new store in Saltillo to strengthen its market presence and deliver a more personalized customer experience. The Sales Manager is the key liaison and problem-solver between the customer and all internal teams at Blinds To Go. He/she plays a critical role in delivering exceptional in-store experience by directly managing the customer journey, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring operational excellence. Sales Managers must be hands-on leaders with strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Learn our business model by directly serving customers Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership Train, mentor, and develop team members Build leadership and management skills through hands-on experience in the BTG business Qualifications: Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally in customer satisfaction–driven environments Strong coaching, leadership, and team management abilities, preferably in retail settings High level of energy, motivation, and a hands-on approach Bachelor’s degree Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends AtBlinds To Go, we are committed to supporting your career development.
