Revenue and Membership Accounts Manager

Our client, a premier real estate and hospitality group, is seeking a bilingual Revenue and Membership Accounts Manager to lead their Accounting Development team. This is a high-impact role ideal for a dynamic finance professional with a strong background in tax, team leadership, and financial strategy. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Accounting Development team (14+ team members), overseeing: Finance Manager, 2 Senior Accountants, 3 Junior Accountants, Tax Manager, Compliance Manager, Payroll Manager, 3 Payroll Clerks Oversee revenue and membership-related accounting processes Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations (including VAT and tributary matters) Collaborate with executive leadership on financial reporting, forecasting, and planning Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, controls, and compliance Support internal development initiatives and continuous process improvement Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or revenue management Experience leading teams of 10 or more Proven experience with tax compliance in Mexico (tributario and VAT) Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary Annual performance bonus: 25% Monthly meal and gas vouchers Major medical insurance Paid vacation and other statutory benefits
