Job Summary The F&B Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and promotional efforts of the Food & Beverage department. This role is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives that drive revenue, enhance guest experiences, and strengthen brand awareness across all F&B outlets. The position works closely with both the F&B and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution of high-quality campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for restaurants, bars, and special F&B events. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including menus, flyers, signage, and digital content. Maintain an up-to-date content calendar for F&B promotions across social media, email campaigns, website, and in-house communication platforms. Collaborate with the Marketing and F&B teams to plan and execute photoshoots and video content. Monitor competitor F&B promotions and suggest innovative ideas to position the property effectively in the market. Ensure brand standards are consistently applied in all F&B marketing communications. Coordinate guest feedback and online reviews related to F&B outlets and liaise with operations for service improvements. Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and guest engagement. Support PR initiatives and coordinate influencer or media visits to F&B venues. Manage inventory and distribution of printed promotional materials.
