This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist Supervisor to join the One&Only Palmilla Family.We are looking for a talented and experienced Receptionist Supervisor to lead our bar team and craft unique, high-quality cocktails that delight our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable drinking experiences.Key Duties and Responsibilities:PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the Resort must always be used.Hygiene & Safety measures dictated by both Local Government and the Resort shall be followed.Strictly adhere to the Lost & Found Policies and Procedures established by the Resort.Responsible for the disinfection, cleanliness and maintenance of the workspace.Responsible for the disinfection of the area and articles used by guests previous and after their interaction.Ensure grooming standards are compiled by Reception-Concierge Agents.Ensure the Reception-Concierge Agents adhere to all policies and procedures established by One&Only Palmilla.Ensure Joy and ultra-luxury standards and operational procedures are followed through on daily bases by performing self-audits and Operational Practices with Reception-Concierge Team.Coach team by answering questions and responds or resolves Agents concerns or frustrations. Attends Front Office briefings and disseminates.Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Receptionist Supervisor.At One&Only creating JOY is at the forefront of everything we do.
