THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE HOA Assistant Manager represents a very important role within the department, its main function is developed in the administrative area with the coordination of administrative policies, planning, control of payments, contracts, equipment, supplies, among others. As well, as the constant attention in requirements of the residence owners, contributing to a good relationship with them.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordination of monthly collection of owner’s maintenance fees.Preparation and administration of the execution of capital projects (CAPEX).Payment’s coordination of owner’s services.Coordination of monthly payments of supplier/vendor services.Organization and analysis of the renewal of HOA services contracts.Manage and organize payroll through software Coordinate access for suppliers, vendors, external services Communicate all official Talent And Culture Announcements to the teamSetup accounts and guide owners through the HOA Application.Coordination and follow up of the shutter installation and contents safekeeping of Residences during Hurricane Season Assist in the coordination and preparation of the Annual HOA AssemblySchedule monthly and weekly preventive maintenance checkups with suppliers like, pest control, cctv, smoke detectors etc.Proper follow up to all communication received from suppliers, owners or any other entity.
