Sales Executive – Yacht Charters | Otaduy Yachts – Los Cabos, B.C.S.Otaduy Yachts, the leader in luxury yacht charters in Los Cabos since 2003, is looking for a high-energy, polished Sales Executive to drive bookings and revenue on our charter side of the business. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, luxury service, and the ocean lifestyle.About the RoleYou will be on the front line of our yacht charter business, working from our office, where many clients walk in ready to book. You will also handle inquiries from resorts, travel agents, and online leads — closing deals in person, over the phone, and online. Your mission is to convert interest into unforgettable charter experiences, ensuring every client feels the Otaduy Yachts luxury touch from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in clients at our office.Respond quickly to inquiries from hotels, concierges, travel agents, and online leads.Present our yacht charter fleet, itineraries, and service options with confidence and precision.Prepare proposals, quotes, and confirmations.Follow up on leads and maintain excellent client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.Represent Otaduy Yachts’ brand and standards at all times.RequirementsFluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, tourism, or yachting.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Professional appearance and communication style.Tech-savvy with email, CRM, and basic office software.Based in Los Cabos or willing to relocate, with flexibility to work weekends/holidaysPreferredPrior experience in yacht charters, luxury travel sales, or resort concierge services.Existing relationships with luxury hotels, concierges, or DMCs in Los Cabos (bonus)What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissions on every charter booked.Be part of a respected, family-owned company with 20+ years in the luxury market.Access to one of Los Cabos’ premier yacht charter fleets.
