F&B Sales Coordinator

This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a F&B Sales Manager to join the One&Only Palmilla Family.The F&B Sales Coordinator plays a key support role in the sales and coordination of all food and beverage-related events, including group dining, special functions, and banquet services. This role serves as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of events that meet or exceed guest expectations.Key Responsibilities:Assist the F&B Sales team with administrative and operational tasks related to group and event bookings.Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other required documentation for clients and internal teams.Coordinate with culinary, service, and banquet teams to ensure all event requirements are understood and fulfilled.Maintain accurate records of bookings, correspondence, and event details in the sales system.Support client site inspections and pre-event meetings as needed.Follow up with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.Manage billing coordination with the finance department to ensure proper invoicing and payments.Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Stay updated on property offerings, promotions, and seasonal menus.Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Restaurants.At One&Only creating JOY is at the forefront of everything we do.
