The role involves providing critical support in line with agreed service levels for the overall Customer Care organization. This includes delivering a world-class customer experience, managing sales orders, engaging in continuous improvement activities, monitoring queues, maintaining reports and data, and collaborating with the NAMER team and other GBS teams. Key responsibilities: Manage sales orders in SAP (VA01). Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance current procedures. Monitor queues in Salesforce. Maintain reports and data. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the NAMER team and other GBS teams. Qualifications and skills include customer focus, teamwork, communication skills, SAP proficiency, Power BI knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in English.
