About the Role As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying flavor and sensory technologies to drive innovation in the beverage industry. Key Responsibilities: Apply Kerry's taste and AH&N technologies to support key projects within the Refreshing and Alcoholic beverages End use market. Support and project lead with the application of all Kerry taste technologies into alcoholic and refreshing beverages. Help deliver on the key Kerry pipeline projects relevant to Flavors and other technologies applications in the Refreshing and Alcoholic Bev end use market. To develop and have a strong understanding of the Kerry portfolio and application of same in Refreshing and Alcoholic End use market processes and products. Working closely with the technology and taste team to apply, interpret and report different applications. Develop strong working relationships with process and application teams in key refreshing and alcoholic beverage customer operations. Provide technical support to Refreshing and Alcoholic beverage sales teams in an appropriate manner which makes it easier and more valuable for our customers to do business with us. Experimental design with clear and concise recording of results of laboratory trials/experiments. Accurately recording data in accordance to guidelines. Liaising with research/scientific staff within numerous internal teams. Writing and presenting reports, reviews and summaries. Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first line managers and supervisors. Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function. Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals. Interaction with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and/or food applications. Proven skills in a laboratory environment. Experience of application of flavor technologies and ingredients in beverages. Work experience (application support) and/or keen interest in sparkling, still and alcoholic industries. Experience in troubleshooting of laboratory equipment is advantageous. Experience working in collaborative and multi-cultural environments is a plus. Advanced English.
