Business Analyst

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience implementing ServiceNow or other business process management tools is desirable. Experience working on projects within industries such as telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, retail, or services, or with processes related to areas such as IT, customer service, project management, human resources, among others. Advanced English level (B2–C1) – non-negotiable. An assessment will be conducted. Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders. Analyze and document business needs through clear and structured user stories. Map business processes using flowcharts and other visual tools. Coordinate the validation and approval of requirements with technical and business teams. Act as the bridge between the client and technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure test cases adequately cover defined requirements. Manage changes to requirements, evaluate their impact on the project, and coordinate necessary updates. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts. Actively participate in project retrospectives, offering insights on what went well and what could be improved.
