Electronic Hardware Engineer

On-Site | Full-Time | Hardware Product Development About the Role We are developing a new technology product that combines hardware and software, built from the ground up. This role involves hands-on electronic design, prototyping, validation, and preparing hardware for production. You will work on core product electronics and help bring a real product from concept to manufacturing. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, testing, and delivering real hardware. Responsibilities Design electronic circuits from concept to production-ready schematics Select components based on performance, cost, and availability Design and review PCBs Bring up, debug, and validate prototypes Work closely with firmware engineers on system integration Support testing, validation, and iterative improvement Assist in preparing designs for manufacturing Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues Maintain clear and structured technical documentation Requirements 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design Experience developing real products from prototype to production Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, or similar) Experience debugging and validating hardware Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of designs On-site availability Strong Plus Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers Experience supporting products through manufacturing Experience with low-power design, sensors, or wireless systems Experience debugging complex hardware issues Who You Are Hands-on and practical Detail-oriented and curious Comfortable building and testing prototypes Focused on solving real engineering problems Motivated to build products that reach production What You’ll Get Opportunity to work on a ground-up product High ownership and technical impact Collaboration with experienced product and engineering leadership Long-term growth opportunity
