Production Coordinator – Plastic Injection

We are looking for a Plastic Injection Leader in the automotive industry! Our automotive company is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the plastic injection area, ensure efficient processes, and guarantee the quality of our components. Key Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in plastic injection processes. Strong knowledge of molds, injection parameters, and continuous improvement. Experience leading operational and technical teams. Problem-solving mindset with focus on KPIs and process standardization. Automotive industry experience (preferred). Main Responsibilities: Supervise and optimize plastic injection processes. Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards. Manage operational and technical personnel. Implement improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
