Analista financiero

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.Essential Duties and Responsibilities / Responsabilidades y Actividades Principales Process Receipts / Accounts Payable paperwork at completion of the paymentAnalyze expenses in a monthly basis to ensure accuracyMaintain and update all journal entries as neededMaintain files as needed within the departmentAssist Controller in tracking and maintaining company insurance policiesReconcile vendor and GRIR accountsSupport Finance department in miscellaneous general ledger reconciliationsCollaborate with suppliers and resolve all issues Support Internal and External audits as requestedPerform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time Education / Experience / Skills / Escolaridad / Experiencia / HabilidadesPreferable bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance1 years of experience in Automotive business in the same position it’s a plusPreferable SAP knowledgeLanguage Ability / Habilidad VerbalAbility to write reports, business correspondence and proceduresAbility to effectively present informationAbility to communicate in EnglishMath Ability/ Habilidad MatemáticaStrong math skills are requiredReasoning Ability/ Habilidad de RazonamientoAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesComputer Skills / Habilidades ComputacionalesProficient in Office Excel Spreadsheets, Integrated ERP Systems, Internet, E-mail
