Chief Financial Strategist

Job Title: Finance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics, as well as experience in team management. Key Responsibilities: Cost Control : Lead end-to-end cost control for construction projects, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Tax Strategies : Develop localized tax strategies, handle filings, audits, and risk mitigation. Cash Flow Management : Optimize cash flow management, financing channels, and FX/interest rate hedging. Operations Oversight : Oversee daily operations, including VAT invoicing, payroll, and social contributions. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's+ degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and CPA license. 7+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in construction, and 4+ years of team management experience. Expertise in Mexican Tax Law, Local GAAP, and IFRS. Advanced skills in SAGE PASTEL and Excel (Pivot Tables).
