Production Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production team. Main Responsibilities: To coordinate and direct the activities of production staff in order to meet manufacturing schedules and quality standards. To ensure compliance with safety protocols, operational efficiency, and environmental regulations. To monitor production times, material usage, and process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. To collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR, to ensure seamless operational continuity. To prepare and track key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on production metrics and trends. To participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency within the production process. Requirements: To be successful as a Production Supervisor, you will require: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, and quality control procedures. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
