Financial Leader

Job Title: Financial Leadership Role We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our construction projects in San Luis Potos'í, Mexico. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end cost control for construction projects, including forecasting, analysis, and reporting. Develop strategic tax plans, handle filings, audits, and risk mitigation. Optimize cash flow management, financing channels, and FX/interest rate hedging. Maintain daily operations, including VAT invoicing, payroll, and social contributions. Requirements: Bachelor's+ degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with CPA certification. At least 7 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in construction, and 4+ years of team management experience. Expertise in Mexican Tax Law, Local GAAP, and IFRS. Advanced skills in SAGE PASTEL and Excel (Pivot Tables). Prior experience in Chinese-funded enterprises or Big 4 firms is a strong plus.
