Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor ensures efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations. They oversee the production team, optimize workflows, and strive to meet production targets within budget constraints. Responsibilities Overseeing Production Processes: This includes ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. Managing Production Staff: Assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any personnel issues that may arise. The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensuring Quality Control: Maintaining product quality is essential in manufacturing. This may involve conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with quality assurance teams. Optimizing Efficiency and Cost Control: Efficiency and cost control are vital for the success of any production operation. The Production Supervisor is tasked with identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and reduce production costs. This may involve implementing lean manufacturing principles, improving workflow efficiency, and identifying areas for process improvement. Implementing Safety Protocols: This includes developing and communicating safety procedures, such as proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe handling of equipment and materials, and emergency response protocols. The Production Supervisor must ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and aware of safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Engineering) Proficient in Excel 3+ year supervisory experience Proactivity Strong communication skills Intermediate English Level Leadership skills We appreciate your application/documents in English.
