Manufacturing Manager

The Production Management role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities Production Oversight: This includes ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely, monitoring equipment performance, and addressing any issues that may arise during production. Staff Management: Assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving personnel issues. Quality Assurance: Maintaining product quality is crucial in manufacturing. This involves conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with quality control teams. Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and reduce production costs through lean manufacturing principles and workflow improvements. Safety Protocols: Developing and communicating safety procedures, such as proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe handling of equipment and materials, and emergency response protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Proficient in Excel 3+ year supervisory experience Proactivity Strong communication skills Intermediate English Level Leadership skills We appreciate your application/documents in English.
