Machining & Assembly Maintenance Head Are you experienced in leading maintenance teams in high-tech, fast-paced manufacturing environments? Join a key plant in the automotive sector where you can apply and grow your technical and leadership skills. Position Objective Lead and ensure the efficient execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in the Machining and Assembly areas, maximizing equipment availability, ensuring legal compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage maintenance operations and administer both human and material resources. Coordinate retrofit projects, new/used equipment installations, and technical support with vendors. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards (HSE). Manage critical spare parts and key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, preventive maintenance compliance, and cost control. Supervise technical procedures and standardized methods for special adjustments and diagnostics. Escalate critical equipment issues related to obsolescence and safety risks. Profile Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Desirable experience with equipment such as GROB, Chiron, Heller, SW, Durr, Silberhorn and/or similar. Proven experience in maintaining machining and assembly lines within the automotive industry.
