Industrial Maintenance Director - Food Industry

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Leader to oversee the maintenance area and facility, including operations, team leadership, and asset management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of technical expertise in industrial maintenance, with a strong focus on S4Hanna (PM module), Advanced Excel, Power BI, and AutoCAD. Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree or diploma in Leadership or Business Administration preferred. At least 15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 10+ years in leadership roles. Hands-on experience with UHT product processing and aseptic filling equipment within the food & beverage industry. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions. Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
