Industrial Maintenance Leader for Food Processing

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong technical expertise in UHT and aseptic filling equipment to lead our maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the maintenance team to ensure optimal plant performance, efficiency, and safety. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and external partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar. 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles. Hands-on experience with S4Hanna (PM module), Advanced Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD. Knowledge of TPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000, STPS, NOM, SQF regulations. Proven experience managing utility systems and leading high-performing teams. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Results-driven with strategic thinking and budget management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual: Spanish & English (required).
