Job Description We are responsible for managing the flow of money coming into our organization, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. This involves: Creating and posting invoices in our system Solving billing problems by correcting documents and sending account statements to customers Maintaining customer data information in our system Investigating and directing discounts received in payments according to limits and corresponding procedures Managing customer portals to check invoice status and payment submission Posting payments received in our system In addition to these key responsibilities, we also perform various reporting tasks at the end of each month to ensure accurate financial records.
