Responsibilities Oversee legal matters related to real estate operations. Apply effective risk management techniques. Manage relationships with internal and external clients. Provide expert legal advice on various issues to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business. Evaluate complex legal issues, assess risks, and recommend preventive or corrective actions. Clarify and resolve complex legal problems. Train internal clients on contractual best practices. Support legal aspects of licenses, permits, AML, environmental compliance, and construction agreements. Manage commercial leasing transactions, including negotiations, renewals, and lease compliance. Candidate Profile Juris Doctor or Bachelor's degree in Law. 6-8 years of experience in real estate, preferably industrial. Proficiency in English is required. Strong knowledge of commercial contractual and real estate law. Experience in asset management, preferably industrial. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Skills in active listening, integrity, assertiveness, confidence, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
