Billing Clerk Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as a Billing Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, communicating with customers, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Audit bills sent to customers, comparing information from BOLs against agent entries Ensure all charges are correct and no information is missing Maintain company standards for fuel, accessorials, and insurance Finalize invoices and complete the Master Bill process by releasing invoices to print Communicate with customers to resolve light billing discrepancies and ensure all loads receive resolution Requirements: Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Excel and MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Must work independently within an established administrative framework Fluency in English Why this role is great: Competitive pay and career development opportunities Training and support to help you succeed in your role Collaborative and dynamic work environment
