We are hiring a Senior Material Data Analyst to… join our growing Materials Management Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design and execution of advanced analytics projects, supporting business-critical initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights, and collaborating across departments to drive strategic decisions. What You Will Be Doing: Lead the analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support high-impact business decisions. Design and implement robust data sources, flows, and performance dashboards. Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure data integrity through the development of scalable data pipelines and quality control processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, supply chain, operations, and customer satisfaction and support Monthly Business Reviews with strategic insights and performance tracking. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) to deliver data-driven solutions. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence. Provide support to initiatives led by internal champions and collaborate with stakeholders across North America at plants. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain analytics, or a related field. Advanced English is required. 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex systems (e.g., SAP, ERP platforms). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Desired Skills And Experience Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R). Experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or manufacturing operations. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Ability to integrate new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
