At VEHM, we curate extraordinary vacation rentals and deliver high-touch hospitality experiences in Mexico's most coveted destinations. We are seeking an experienced Villa Specialist to join our team. This role ensures our listings are high-quality, competitive, and performing at their best across all channels. Responsibilities: Sales, Reservations & Client Relations Respond to inquiries from travel agents and manage communications. Send proposals, apply discounts, and coordinate availability. Provide rate details, booking terms, and personalized follow-ups with guests and agents. Property Listings & Digital Platforms Write, format, and approve property descriptions. Ensure consistent listings across platforms. Upload and update listings (photos, amenities, descriptions, pricing). Troubleshoot synchronization errors, restrictions, or visibility issues. Rates, Agencies & Promotions Update seasonal rate sheets and availability summaries. Send rate updates and promotions to agencies and travel partners. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis on Punta Mita communities and competitor properties. Influencer & Collaboration Management Identify and secure influencer partnerships aligned with the brand. Draft and finalize influencer contracts. Administration, Brand Consistency & Internal Support Support contracts for guests, influencers, and agency partners. Participate in internal strategy sessions and owner reviews. Requirements: Background in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel. Experience working with companies like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO or similar is appreciated. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish). Experience with OTA platforms, reservations, or property content management. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with remote tools and cross-functional teams. Benefits: Competitive salary package based on experience.
