Scientific Researcher - Nutrition and Health The primary objective of this position is to conduct in-depth scientific research, analysis, and evaluation within the realm of nutrition and health. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of scientific principles and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business applications. Key Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in priority topics related to nutrition and health, leveraging this knowledge to inform business strategies and innovation pipelines. Execute laboratory techniques, such as protein quality assessment, amino acid determination, and digestion process analysis, to support scientific research projects. Manage research projects, including clinical studies focused on nutrition and health, to identify strategic business opportunities based on consumer benefits. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and critical analyses to develop high-quality nutrition content and documentation, providing guidance both internally and externally. Present science-based value propositions to various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Translate scientific evidence into compelling opportunity areas and concepts for internal teams and external audiences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory techniques related to protein quality, amino acid determination, and digestion process. Strong communication skills, enabling the translation of technical data into clear insights for diverse audiences. English proficiency. Availability for international travel.
