CEO & Founder of Boomin' Brands Media | Empowering Entrepreneurs to Scale Smarter with Content Systems and Remote Talent Job Title: Customer Success Manager Location: Remote (Aligned with US Central Time) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (with a 1-hour break) Salary Range: $1,800-$2,000 per month We’re looking for a warm, driven, and strategic Customer Success Manager who will be the go-to person for our clients, someone who genuinely loves building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating cross-functionally to help creators succeed. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Customer Success and Project Managers to make sure our clients feel seen, heard, and happy. Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong relationships through regular communication and proactive support via zoom calls and email. Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth and engaging transition into our internal editing system, and run monthly check-in calls with clients. Proactively communicate with clients to gather insights, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Track project timelines, escalate roadblocks, and advocate for the client’s success within our internal team. Analyze usage reports and client feedback to spot upsell opportunities and minimize churn. Help maintain and improve our client-facing SOPs, processes, and feedback loops. Collaborate with project managers to ensure client goals are met. Troubleshoot concerns with empathy, accountability, and solution-oriented thinking. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional video editing services to existing clients. Prepare and present regular reports on client status and performance metrics to the Director of Customer Success. You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 2+ years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar), preferably in a creative agency or media company. Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally, both in writing and on calls. Have strong organizational skills and love creating systems that make things flow smoothly. Bonus points if you have experience in video production, digital marketing, or working with creators. Knowledge of CRM is a plus. Enjoy a remote-first culture. Salary: $1,800-$2,000 per month.
