Human Resources Manager Job Opportunity The role of Human Resources Manager involves working closely with the Director of Human Resources and other HR professionals to support various HR functions and initiatives. This includes assisting in implementing HR strategies, policies, supporting labor relations, and programs to achieve organizational goals. Assist the HR Director in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Partner with plant management to roll out key people processes including performance management, compensation, benefits, and development programs. Provide guidance and input on all people-related challenges or scenarios. Stay knowledgeable about company business and consult on strategic plans to support fast-moving changes. Guide managers on people-related matters and provide input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, and benchmarking. Identify training needs for departments and individual executive guidance requirements. Represent the organization legally in labor negotiations and maintain good relationships with unions. Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. For this role, we are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in human resources and 5+ years in management positions. Bilingual skills are also required. Required Skills: Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Relationship management, especially at managerial and stakeholder levels. Verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
