We are seeking a SAP MM SD IT Functional Lead to support new business requirements and integrate them into our SAP Core model, with connections to other key systems. This position is based in Mexico with remote working options. Job Description Role In a complex, global environment, the SAP SD/MM IT Functional Lead will primarily support the AMERICA region. Our SAP landscape is based on a worldwide SAP ERP core, integrated with systems like Kinaxis Rapid Response, AGILE PLM, CRM Salesforce, and connected to partners’ IT landscapes via EDI. The scope includes support for multiple international sites. Responsibilities Support SAP MM/SD for the AMERICA region Serve as the first point of contact for SAP Finance/Controlling and Tax topics, including Sales & Use Tax systems Manage technical customizing of SAP MM/SD, aligning with Vantiva processes Support testing and training activities Coordinate system integrations and interfaces (EDI/Files) Develop and manage functional and technical specifications Oversee support for Batch Scheduler RMJ and interfaces with Kinaxis, Agile PLM, DWH Organize workshops with Business and IT teams Manage JIRA tickets for solutions and improvements Promote industry best practices and standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required At least 7 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, especially in multicultural logistics projects (MM/SD), with FI exposure Deep SAP knowledge, including configuration and customization in MM/SD modules Understanding of supply chain processes Excellent interpersonal and project management skills Proactive, organized, collaborative, and adaptable Fluent in English Support for multiple international sites, primarily in the Americas, with work hours aligned accordingly We seek a professional committed to delivering results within a globally integrated environment.
