Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role** Support the launch of new products by managing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), ensuring documentation compliance, coordinating sample inspections, and maintaining communication with suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** As a PPAP Specialist, youu2019ll be responsible for: Participate in new product launches and coordinate first article inspections Ensure timely receipt and evaluation of samples Maintain and update PPAP documentation and records Apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems Use UPPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, Control Plans) to manage risk Conduct reviews for work transfer and process change management Analyze nonconformities and recommend corrective actions Review the components and processes related to PPAP submission, including design and testing. Report to manager and management on PPAP compliance, status and qualification plans. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications on product and materials. Prepare required PPAP documentation for suppliers. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are PPAP Specialist. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have: 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, APQP Engineer or PPAP Specialist. Bacheloru2019s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (II, IME, IMA, or related) Advanced English proficiency Certified in Core Tools (PPAP) Green Belt certification Microsoft Excel GD&T It would be nice if you have knowledge: Interpretation of Drawings Knowledge in Engineering Specifications Soft skills: Strong organizational and decision-making skills Effective communication and teamwork Analytical thinking **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
