The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish clear project objectives and scope. Prepare, coordinate, schedule, and supervise all phases of the project, working closely with team members and relevant stakeholders. Define project phases and create detailed timelines for each stage. Provide guidance and direction to project team members, assigning clear and precise responsibilities. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, best practices, safety guidelines, and ethical codes throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks associated with project development. Document and track progress at each stage of the project. Schedule and monitor critical and secondary project activities. Control project costs effectively at every stage of development. Manage and coordinate all internal and external project-related work teams. Conduct preliminary assessments with contractors and internal engineers, simulating and evaluating the potential positive and negative impacts of the project. Select necessary materials, equipment, resources, and contractors for project execution. Proficiently utilize Microsoft Project and advanced Excel skills for project management and analysis. Advanced proficiency in CAD software. Requirements & QualificationsProfileBilingual: English & Spanish (conversational English skills). Bachelor's degree required. Strong focus on delivering results within established timelines. Proven project management expertise. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex situations. Demonstrated ethical thinking and decision-making. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to client satisfaction. Solid technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities. Open and effective communication style. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Dedicated to safety and quality standards. Previous Experience2-5 years of experience in personnel management. Ideally, experience in the HVAC industry. Consideration will also be given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry, steel process manufacturing, or suppliers within the broader process manufacturing sector. Experience with integration companies and project consulting firms is also welcome. Proven experience in project management and control. Experience with production line transfers (preferred). Workstation design experience. Experience in manufacturing process redesign. Must have a strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing tools. Must have experience in designing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Demonstrated ability to control expenses and manage budgets. Experience with the startup and commissioning of manufacturing processes. Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems (preferred). Experience in process efficiency improvements. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies. Experience with refrigeration systems / chillers (preferred). Understanding of industrial processes.
