Contact Center Agent - Us Payroll

**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**_ Role Summary:_**As a Contact Service Agent, you will service as first point of contact for all Payroll-related inquiries.**_ Key Job Responsibilities:_**- Intake and manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and Business Unit partners- Resolve and close inquiries as first-point-of contact where possible- Reset payroll employee self-service passwords- Provide a high level of support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner- Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner**_ Qualifications:_**- Great command of spoken and written English- High School degree or equivalent- 3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce- Experience with payroll systems- Basic knowledge of Payroll- Excellent customer service skills- Good command of MS Office- Strong written and oral communication skills- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details- Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
