Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and hire top talent for the organization through various channels, such as job fairs, social media and internal referrals. Develop and maintain a positive employee culture that aligns with the company's mission and values. Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns. Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and implementing necessary policies and procedures.
