You will play a key role in implementing new production lines and ensuring workforce efficiency, contributing directly to Carrier’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs aProduction Leader,you’ll be responsible for: · Meeting and maintaining safety, quality, and production metrics · Ensuring labor efficiency and productivity across the team · Leading the implementation of new production lines · Promoting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies · Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goalsRequirementsWe are looking for people who are results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about manufacturing excellence.
